*** Party Cancellation Policy***
You have 72 hours after purchasing a Party Package to cancel for a full refund. After 72 hours, we offer a 50% refund up to 14 days before the Party.
Within 14 days of the Party, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we will assist you rebooking your Party to another open reservation at no charge.
- A party can be rebooked one time free of charge.
- Due to the high volume of party reservations, the rebooking will most likely be on a non-peak day.
- The rebooking of the party must occur within 6 months of the original party date.
